This is huge.

DUI's only warrant 1 game at the U. Rumor has it he killed 5 hookers to get 3 games, including hte BYU game.



He and Craig James are now best buddies.

This is huge though. I'm glad to see Blechen sidelined for the game.

I heard the rumor about a month ago.



Supposedly use of an illicit substance and two other non-starter players involved.

So he failed a drug test? By illicit, do you mean smoked some weed, or used roids or HGH? These days, could be either.



And either could lead to teh death of 5 hookers.

Don't know but a second failed drug test is suspension of 25% of games at Utah.



3 games=25% of the season.

The 5 hookers thing is a joke. IT is a hilarious urban legend about Craig James and how he killed 5 hookers while at SMU.



Certain drug violations result in a full year suspension under NCAA rules, so perhaps Utah is doing this to prevent him losing a full year.

It is the University of Utah. He'll miraculously be reinstated in time for the BYU game, especially if they lose to Utah State.

I'm more disappointed losing Pouvave for the season than Blechen's 3 games.



Pouvave is a JC guy and was supposed to shore up the LT. Utah has another JC transfer for RT but maybe he moves over.

Why announce 3 games to th TRib only to reduce it later? That would be odd to me. It is out there now with questions being asked about it as well.

You just never know. Two failed drug tests? Hate to say it but the odds of him figuring it out don't look very good. What is they say? Million dollar body but a 10 cent head?

I know he had some injury issues. Kid is a great player, but I know the lure to get back to 100% or better is great for these kids, and shortcuts are often taken with injuries. That usually means PEDs. I would guess it was PED related before street drugs.

Hey - he has to sit out the first 3 games. BYU is the 3rd game. I suspect Blechen will be on the sidelines throwing D cell batteries at the Coug players along with the Yewt fans.. :lol: :lol:

Sounds as if this is a university policy. @nd violation. 25% of games missed mandatory. NExt violation results in him being kicked out of school, based upon U policy.



I bet he got warned last time what could happen, did not beleive it, and now he gtes to serve as the bad example for his team.

Considering Whittingham would sell his mother to a Bankok whore house, if it meant he had a better chance of winning, I'll actually believe this when the final seconds tick away in the rivalry game and Blechen hasn't played.
