I'm going to do a game by game poll. I want to establish the season from the easiest to the most difficult.

Yep--BYU will Cream O' Weber.

IMO - the worst case scenario is 8-4 (i.e. we lose all four road games to big boys). However, based upon 29 seniors on the team, and one of the best defenses in BYU history, one more year of experience for Doman, Dupaix, Cahoon, I believe that we beat GT, UT (revenge factor) and finish at 10-2. Beating ND and BSU, which do not have more seniors than our team, albiet they are home games, will make the season one to remember (magic happens.). This is more likely to happen this year as opposed to 2013.

Had to go with the Idaho game, solely because there isn't much difference between an Idaho team and a Weber St. team, but at least the Weber St. boys are mostly local and will have added incentive to beat the big name team in the state that they didn't get an offer to.

Totally agree. Idaho is barely a state and barely a university... and almost a DI Football program ;) .

I think Idaho and Weber St. are equally "weaker" programs. But, I picked Idaho as the weakest. Pretty much a toss of the coin in my book.

Hands down, the easiest game will be against the frUtes of the University Of Utah!

Careful what your calling a hole. While I definitely agree that Pocatello is the Ogden (aka. Armpit of the state) and Idaho Falls where I live is not the most beautiful place in the state. I am within 2 hrs of Yellowstone, Island Park, Jackson Hole and the Grand Tetons, and Sun Valley/Ketchum area and the Sawtooth Mtns. All are arguably some of the most breathtaking places in the world. BUt ISU still blows and we will kill them yet again!

Shout this from the rooftops! It helps keep the crowds out of the Sawtooths and White Clouds

Weber State is a lower division and they have had turmoil with their head coach losing two of them this offseason.

If my wife hadn't forgotten she is from the Rockies, I would love to live in Idaho. My son, however, is working in Idaho Falls this summer and finds it to be boring. He has his mother's appreciation for the finet things in life like trout fishing and deer or elk hunting - none whatsoever.



But yes - whether playing the spuds from I or the spuds from ISU - BYU mashes the potatoes. Re BSU - gonna need to try to scallop those potatoes.
