Justin Sorensen Injured on Mission, Underwent Ankle Surgey

"Last year's freshman kicking sensation, Justin Sorensen, has spent the last five weeks in Utah recovering from surgery to repair an ankle injury... Sorensen was serving a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Statesboro, Ga. for six months before the injury...



"They scoped his ankle, removed the scar tissue, and did something with the cartilage... They cut the ligament, which was pretty loose, and tightened it, then reattached it to the bone."



...Two weeks out of surgery, Sorensen entered the MTC to serve in the referral center while he recovers."

Weren't they all the long-range ones that Bronco didn't think Payne had a chance at?
