This is crazy talk.

Not crazy talk. Doman said flat out that Nelson wouldn't play special teams. If I was Nelson, I would be saying these same things. It is all part of being a leader. "I got your back on special teams, I would be there right with you if only coach would let me".

I'll believe it when I see it. Just team building talk.

Doman said NO.

It is tough to be a senior and know that it will soon be over - other than NFL bound players. Even the NFL bound guys - probably feel something really special coming to an end. And the guys who never get to play much - lots of emotion.



Maybe this underlying emotion is why senior-laden teams usually come out so focused.
