Tony Bergstrom, 3 round, RM?

I just noticed Bergstrom (a yewt) was drafted in 3rd round. Apparently, he's an RM and had a BYU offer, which confuses me because I thought Bronco said (during the Manti thing), that recruits that choose not to go to BYU don't go on missions, and seem to remember him throwing out statistics on it.
