Ranked Games Today

Everyone knows that Iowa lost. Oregon and LSU lost in the top 10. Notre Dame lost to Navy (maybe we need to add Navy to the MWC). Penn St. lost. Cal has lost.



Houston and Oklahoma are losing close games in the second half. USC is winning a close game.

Cincinanti is up only 2 points with 4 1/2 minutes left in the game. USC is up by 5 points with 5 minutes.

Houston won on a last second field goal. Cincinati won by 2 USC won by 5. Both teams should drop in polls. Oklahoma lost. BYU should move up a couple of spots. TCU should move up one or two. The goal for the Y is to be ranked at the end of the season. Just win out.



By the way USU is losing big to Hawaii.

I think BYU's goal should be to beat AF, UNM, and especially Utah. The end of season ranking will work itself out.



I'm having a hard time deciding whether I want Utah or TCU to win next week. On one hand it would be nice to share a conference championship, but on the other hand it would be nice to see TCU go to the BCS. While I don't like playing TCU (because we lose) I have enjoyed watching their success this season. I have no such feelings for Utah. Always like to see them lose.

If Tulsa could have just hung on to beat Houston, and Indiana could have scored 4 more points to beat Wisconsin, BYU would have been guaranteed to move up about 6 or 7 spots.
