Just thinking. OSU might be a great landing spot for Bobby P. He possesses the rare blend of coaching talent and personal deceptiveness and lack of integrity that would qualify him for the Buckeye position. Tressel would be proud of him.

Which OSU? Don't all three (Oregon St, Oklahoma St & Ohio St) have coaches?



Tressell isn't at Ohio St anymore.

Urban Meyer is and he has wasted no time in ticking off most of the B10 coaches with his antics, bravado and lack of respect for some of the institutions.

Great article in the Sporting News about Meyer's destruction of the program at Florida. Sounds like he left a mess, and his run-ins with B10 coaches over recruiting make it look like he's going down the same path at Ohio State.

That had to be an interesting conversation that Petrino had:

Petrino: That isn't the worst of it.

Couldn't have been as bad though as what the father of the girl is going through when he found out what his daughter was doing.

Quit pickin on my Buckeyes. I know, it's just Buckeye envy. Really it's hard to stomach that Urban Meyer is the coach of my 2nd most favorite team.

Just give Urban time and he'll get it in FL shape, then request sabbatical due to intense pressure and ill effects on health.

They are practically in Florida shape. They cheat just as well, and they are already "too big to punish" so what's left?

Never liked Capital Hill because of this.

Actually sounds like he fits in PERFECTLY with most of the other SEC coaches. I think most of them are one very unhappy football player away from the same fate. But I doubt much will ever become of those coaches as long as they don't get caught with a hooker or a player. That seems to be the "final" straw. Look at Auburn, the NCAA knows all about their corrupted ways and is just dragging thier feet hoping it all just goes away. Do you think Cam will be asked to return his trophy? Or how about Auburn being stripped of the crown? Maybe in 10 years or so but as long as the SEC rules the NCAA I don't see much happening.
