He is very frank in listing his expectations from Cody Hoffman needing to be more consistent from Jan - Dec, to stating Alisa needs to be a complete back not just a runner, to the OL needing to be lean and fit, to our QBs needing to be proficient. I hope the team takes his comments to heart and really puts forth the effort this summer, as Doman will be using the summer to prep for our first 3 teams.
