This isn't the only loss that we could have avoided with Harrison playing more minutes.

He played great and only looked like a freshman once crunch time started.

He should have played more minutes this year to be prepared for this game. He was a stud tonight.

The zone defense was night and day with HArrison in the game. NIce work kid.

It was make or break, do or die. And we will need his speed vs Marquette as well.

Way to go DH! Big time, buddy!

Harrison played great against Baylor too then sat as LMU stomped us at home, and of course Pangos lighting us up in the conf tourney. I looooooove Dave Rose but he needs to get a sense of urgency in games where our perimeter D is giving a game away.

Amen. Thank goodness he didn't wait too long tonight. But it took a very desperate situation to figure out some dynamics about this team.

Read my mind, Craig. Our zone in the beginning of season when Rose had Winder and Harrison out on the perimeter was awesome. Glad he went back to it and I hope Rose learned something tonight.



Agree, we'd be a better team if Harrison had more min during the season.

Harrison has had good games and awful games - like so many young cougars this season. They are all contributing at times.



And they all should be better next season. But losing Hartsock will be tough to overcome.

the nice thing about defense and length (length is truly an asset in zone d) is that even when you're not on offensively, you can impact the game on D. This is why Harrison should have seen more time this year, particularly in games that were getting away from us.

harrison played really well this game. We absolutely needed his contributions tonight and we saw a glimpse of things to come.



But I won't give him the starter's nod because of one game. He's played REALLY poorly in others.

Maybe if we play Harrison earlier those games don't get away from us. Hope Rose realizes this and uses Harrison earlier to apply defensive pressure to help us build a lead instead of digging our way out of a hole
