Tickets for road WCC games

I was looking at Stub Hub today at tickets for the Portland game. They were lower than what the school was asking. I think this is true for other road games remaining expeically considering how many empty seats there were. So if you are looking to go this might make the difference. I assume that BYU gets nothing if they sell the ticket. Is this true?
