Since Bronco withdrew his name from UCLA, does that mean it couldn't be UCLA? Or does it make them the likely option?

Arizona

ASU

Penn State

UCLA

Washington State

Kansas

Ole Miss

And BYU would have gone 5-7 next year, but a small portion of BYU fans would be smiling just because Bronco was gone.

you're right, they probably would be lucky to get 5 wins with that schedule and a new coach who will eventually be fired after 5 years and 35 wins.

Wow NM must think a lot of themselves if they thought they could get a coach to take a step down in the coaching ranks. If BM had done it that would say a lot as to where he thinks BYU's program is headed. Thanks goodness if it was NM he didnt go.

Wrubell is alleging that it is UCLA. Said Bronco interviewed with them. That one makes perfect sense to me. And he was wise to turn it down. Tells me Bronco wants BYU job security over a 3-5 year stint at a UCLA program that struggles to win when USC is good.

Bronco was asked to interview there, but he took his name out of consideration. Was never offered, and would never have been either. Bad coaching fit at a BCS school, let alone one in a big media market.
