Orem High set to dominate Lacrosse for years to come

Orem High has made a brilliant higher of what is probably the finest young Lacrosse mind in the west. They've set themselves up to make numerous runs to the championship.

The former assistant coach at Utah Valley University is now the Head Coach at Orem High School. Steve Nelson will be taking over the Tigers this Spring, with hopes to carry them to a D-II title, just as the Tigers did in 2009. Former Head Coach Dan Mortimer had another child, and felt that he needed to attend to his family. Nelson coincidentally ran into a member of the parent board and they scheduled a time when Nelson could be interviewed by the board. Nelson was interviewed and they felt he would be the one to lead them to their next Championship.
