Which Coach Will Show The Most 2012 Improvement?

Let's face it - we have a mostly inexperienced coaching staff. Even Bronco is still a work-in-progress. Doman - took a lot of heat in his honeymoon season - perhaps because of the Honeymooner himself, or perhaps his inexperience. Not much was said about Dupaix, even early when the run game wasn't running. Has his learning moved beyond the Skyline High School Option offense he further honed at Navy? Cahoon - all quiet on that front too, even early when the passing game wasn't passing? OK could certainly improve. Will Weber rise up? Reynolds - has he hit his ceiling. Tight ends improved - not enough yet? There are some newbies on D, although D was consistently good except vs in-state rivals. Special Teams - opportunity abounds there and that was a new assignment for someone this year iirc.



Who will it be?



I hope it is Doman or Mendenhall.



My projection - Bronco will step up game prep a notch and be un influenced by Hype.

Its an interesting question, but very hard to measure.

because the Offense needs the most improvement and play calling seems so much more visible than position coaches, have to go with Doman. Maybe webber. but i think he has hit his ceiling unless Doman demands more and better. Doman has the most to lose so he ought to have the most to gain. Given its his soph year, Doman NEEDS to shows the most, who knows.

Hard to tell. Reyonlds is not it, he is already a great coach. He just lost his starter TE to injury and had to move to the next one. Doman probably. the DB coach is my 2nd quess. WR is another possibility. Give him a full year to work with the recievers, we should see some results.

Webber has the most room for improvement as the OLINE has been a consistent disappointment, but I just don't see it happening unfortunately.



I'm going with Doman...another off-season after going through a full season of experience, I predict he will be MUCH better this year. MUCH BETTER.
