Tulsa RER and other statistical observations.

Here are the Receiver Efficiency Ratings for the Tulsa game and some other stats I noticed. I'll post the season RERs and some final season observations in another thread later this weekend.

- BYU's PER on 3rd down was 61.97 - with both INTs coming on 3rd down. It was the worst 3rd Down PER since the SJSU game (31.07).



- The 94 yards rushing were the fewest since BYU ran for 11 against Utah.



- Tulsa's 148.88 PER was the highest allowed by BYU this season.



- BYU's 35:24 Time of Possession was a season high.



- BYU was 8-21 (38.1%) on 3rd down, their lowest conversion rate since UCF game.



- BYU's 8 punts were a season high.



- Tulsa's 6 3-and-outs tied a season high (Texas).
