Then, unless you're expecting, get busy. I'm sure the effort will help you take your mind off no BYU football for a while. :lol:

I was just thinking the same thing this morning - the season is over. Now the loooong off season. At least we ended with a win! No BYU football. Uggh.



Well - I'll just turn my attention to my Pittsburgh Steelers!

Spring ball is like the ultra sound. Not the same as just getting the long wait over with.



Signing day can be kind of exciting...but there's nothing like the first time the toe meets the leather in early September.

I don't think I'll pay attention to spring ball this year. Last spring ball was so misleading that it generated preconceived notions on how the season would play out. Those notions fed into a lot of the criticism of the coaching of Heaps, which games "should-ve-been" wins and so on.



The Heaps hype shows to me, more than ever, that recruiting information, which is great to the fan looking for news year-round, is really over-rated to the run-of-the-mill fan. And that's okay.

Good grief. The Oakland Raiders are in that category - not the Steelers. Whether ya like the Steelers or not, they are a class organization. Unlike the Raiders.

Good grief. The Oakland Raiders are in that category - not the Steelers. Whether ya like the Steelers or not, they are a class organization. Unlike the Raiders.


I'm a big Steelers fan myself. It's my dream to someday see Kyle Van Noy in the black and gold.

Hopefully, the baby will have my type of rugged, female-mind-melting good looks, but I doubt it, the Lord only gives those type of looks to a very few chosen few.

Ben and Harrison I'll give you. Troy is a genuine class act, though. Don't know why you lumped him in with the other two. My wife lived in their neighborhood/area as him and his wife growing up. Really nice guy. Plus, it's Hoke's and Keisel's team.



The Rooneys really do have a strict policy of trading/cutting guys with off-the-field issues. I think Harrison has stuck around because his issues are mainly on-the-field. Ben...well, it's hard to find elite QBs. ;)

PS. The thought of KV going to the steelers gave me goose bumps. It is a dream that I would never want to wake up from. I feel a tear coming out the corner of my eye the more I think about it.

Bears, Niners, Steelers - I would be a fan of them with KVN - or anyone else for that matter - I love teams that load up on BYU players.



BTW - I just found out one of my employees is a Raiders Owner. How much - IDK. I hope I never told him what I thought of Al Davis over the past decade before I knew of his affiliation. I loved the Raiders when they loaded up on BYU guys - but did not like the way Al Davis tried to sabotage players that fell out of favor with him - Marcus Allen, Mark Wilson for example. Also, moving the team every time he could get an extra dime showed disdain for loyal fans.



My employee was flown by private jet to his funeral. That was how word leaked out of his affiliation. I already knew he only works because he likes his job - now it is clearer why.
