wheres the "O"?

The first half has been a replay of the first 4 games. Doman is calling a horrible half and the oline looks like 3rd graders out there right now. WTF is going on? They look rusty and out of sink. I wonder why, maybe it has something to do with not using all there practices. No it couldnt be that BM says they were sharp and didnt need them just like fall ball.

I think you mean "their practices," but I could be wrong, it's happened before. Also, Tulsa used the same amount of practices that we did. How much better can Doman really get during extra practices? I agree, the O has looked bad, but I blame most of it on the tempo and play-calling.

I don't think Nelson looks healthy. He has even less velocity on his throws than normal, if that's possible... Without the ability to scramble he loses some of his effectiveness. If he gets popped hard again I'm wondering if he will be able to continue to play.

This was the same offense we saw the first four games - with the same results. Doman's offense doesn't work with an inaccurate and inefficient QB. That was a very poor game from Riley. Thankfully he made enough plays to help get the win. But that was a below and sub-standard game.

PER comparison to Kinne? Both were held in check. BYU offense was out of synch.



Credit Riley for that 4th down run and fake spike. Tulsa D was fast. Speed kills. Riley survived.

I did too, but he got popped hard over and over and over again! Just kept poppin' back up!
