What was BYU's season avg points, pass yards, rush yards on offense and allowed.



Special teams play is the wild-card as we have had way too many missed field goals, bad punts, kicks out of bounds, and a few too many kicks out out of bounds. Then throw in bad snaps or mis-handled snaps and bam - the difference maker. Advantage Tulsa.



I think both BYU and Tulsa have very good offenses. Slight edge to Tulsa for the season - pretty even Vs Riley offense. Even.



Both have decent defenses. BYU has a better defense - especially if you consider the Utah melt-down to be out-of-character. Advantage BYU.



Coaching - early season BYU inexperience showed. I gotta believe Tulsa put more prep into this game. BYU coaching has improved over the season. Edge Tulsa.



If we lose and Riley does not get injured, this loss will likely be on the coaches for not preparing the team or for Special Teams meltdowns. Turnovers could swing it either way. Maybe they could have used those skipped practices focused just on ST.
