Local (Positive) News About Jimmer

Though I hear some media outlets continue to bag on Jimmer's ability to go pro, here in Sacramento we are ecstatic to have him on the Kings. Here is one of many recent positive articles about him in the local paper.

His jersey is the #1 seller thus far and his teammates all have great things to say about playing with him, his demeanor, work ethic, etc. It's been fun watching him play a couple of exhibition games and I hope he has a great season.

if the jazz ever make a trade for him after he turns out decent, perhaps then the media will give him his due with a "Kingly" welcome.

Jimmer needs to announce that his favorite charity is The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. $5,000 of Rick Reilly's money would revarnish a few gym floors in the Sacramento area.

Or replace the carpet he wore out in his local chapel in GF.

Sac wanted to make money. Hence Jimmer pick. If Jazz wanted to make money and bring in fans and sell merchandise, they should've taken Jimmer. They had their chance and understandably took a big tall guy. But in the words of any BYU fan:
