Riley shows off Houdini escape moves and consistently finds and connects with open receivers - many who are second and third options. If he continues to play like this, we are in great shape.

falsalev's stop and go at about 5:50 was one of my favorite plays of the game. I just don't get how you can stop like that and break into a sprint going the other direction.



he's a one-man misdirection play.

tackles were missed

ankles were broken.

I'm still chuckling over BM telling the players no at the end of the video. Like me the players apparently wanted 7 more pts. on that scoreboard. What's wrong with a little payback? ;)

Love the way Riley spread the ball around - kept everyone involved. My favorite play was Riley slipping out of grasp of DB - hitting Hoffman for 1-handed TD grab, and the DB clapping his hands against his helmet in disbelief - thinking boy he made me pay for missing the tackle.

Replays like this remind me of why I have become such a big Riley fan. Next year will continue to be exciting. I think Riley has the same effect on the team as Tebow has on Denver. There are some players that the team just rallies around. I'm glad BYU has one of those guys right now. :D I am very much looking forward to the bowl game.

Although Riley is more adept at playing well in the first three quarters than Tebow has shown so far.

I usually don't have a problem with letting players play, but I started watching the BYUTV replay and caught the beginning of the game when they recapped the 2001 game. I was on my mission for that game and have never revisited it.



But in light of the running up the score and unsportsmanlike crap in that game by Hawaii, I am happy that Bronco took the high road in this game.



I can't stand how nasty the Utah rivalry has become. I'd like rivalries where you really want to beat them, but aside from the game they are the school you have the closest relationship with. BYU and Utah were always teaming up on things and working closely together. They had each others back in negotiations and so on. But on the field and between (some) fans it has gotten so heated that I wouldn't mind a hiatus.



I want BYU to develop or rekindle some other rivalries, like Utah State, Hawaii and Boise State. But I want them to be the sort where you really want to beat them each year, but at the end of the game you can shake hands and one of you say "We'll get you next year", instead of dumping beer on opposing fans.



Bronco refusing to even appear to run up the score can hopefully go towards keeping the Hawaii rivalry classy.

Hawaii was the game that things seemed to really come together. amazing game. Loved that doman called hafoka's number. loved how much smarter nelson seems to play. loved the play calling. great game.
