It is all Ben Cahoon's fault!

I was pondering the Jake Heaps transfer this morning, and I realized that many in the media (and many fans) love to give Norm Chow credit for developing QB's when he was the receivers coach here at BYU (basically everyone before Detmer) Well, if the BYU receiver's coach has that much to do with the QB development, we should also get to blame them if the QB's don't develop the way that we fans expect.



Curse that stupid Ben Cahoon

I didn't know Chow developed quarterbacks. I though he developed "establish the run" so we could then pass. The fact that we could pass without the run didn't seem to register much with him. And after running for zero yards on 1st down time after time after time, he would develop the dreaded "third and long delayed draw" which seemed to be the only running play we ever had.
