Coach K's definition of "indefinitely"

The U announced that the Jigster will rejoin the team after being suspended indefinitely, i.e. one game, which the Utes lost is spectacular, record-setting fashion. It seems K has been taking lessons on discipline from Oscar Meyer and Wittingham. Of course, it won't make any difference in the outcome of the game Saturday. It is interesting, though, to contrast that with Bronco's handling of OC.

besides breaking the generic "team rules"; what'd he do?

Word is he was repeatedly late to practice.

Not terribly shocking. Will it matter against BYU, no, but the next game, against 313th ranked Idaho State, might be their last winnable game of the season. If they lose that one, 0-29 is a real possibility.

What? You gotta be kidding me! Where is the condescending editorial article by Gordo and Kragthorp? They must be outraged! I'm sure they are just calming down before they put their thoughts on paper.

Why hasn't Jiffy explained what happened to the media? How can I move on if he won't talk about it!

If it was a major violation, why is he back after a single game?

If it was only a minor violation, why was he suspended indefinitely?

All the indefinitely means, he won't play until he mends his ways. Apparently he mended his ways. Or they got blown out at home by a average opponent.

...and are playing their rivals in the next game. Is this tabbed as a "must win" game for utah? (anyone else sick of that phrase?)

To avoid confusion, to avoid tainting the name of Duke's coach, and to better reflect reality, the U's basketball coach should, in the future, be referred to as coach "m'Kay"

it is possible that he cannot count to 1, and he knew that the suspension would be for more than zero games, but was unsure of the number that that makes... so he went with "indefinitely" - or as a certain Denver area news person would say... "III Definitely!"
