Will you watch the MNC game?

Will you bow down to the establishment and watch "Game of the Century part deux", even though you know that by giving the Es(pn)tablishment what they want will only perpetuate the problem?

I will watch because I love College Football, and that is ending for 8 months really soon. the more, the better.

Eh, I probably won't watch it, but "Yes, because I love defense-oriented football" is probably an acceptable answer.



Sort of like my in-laws that think Big East basketball is the pinnacle of sporting achievement. Blech.

Aside from the World Cup, no. Can't get into MLS, EPL, La Liga, etc. I can't pick a team, and soccer to me is really only interesting when there's that ticking sense of urgency that comes with having a rooting interest.



I follow the Campeonato Brasileiro from time to time, but that's just so I have something to talk about with Brazilian people.



I do like the promotion/relegation system, though. Wish there was an American sports equivalent (aside from conference realignment).

Yeah, I'm not down with reruns, especially boring, snoozefest, field goal-missing, game played between the 35's, yawners like this one. So I won't be watching this one.



I do think Alabama outplayed LSU and has a good chance for the upset, though.

What really pisses me off is that we are told we can't have a playoff because "The whole season is a playoff". Apparently it is double elimination for Alabama.



Alabama had their chance to beat LSU and failed (at home no less). Oregon had their chance in a site more neutral than New Orleans and failed. Instead of giving Alabama another chance they should have given Oklahoma State a chance to beat LSU. Alabama and Oregon wouldn't have had any room to complain.



If the regular season is a playoff then eliminate the teams that already had their shot at the #1 team when there are other teams worthy of a shot.

So double elimination for Alabama yet it's still single elimination for LSU. What dumb rules.

Back to the question, probably not. I haven't watched hardly any football this year besides BYU games. Odd year though.
