Must Watch Christmas Shows?

Just curious as to what ya'll's "must-see" Christmas shows are.



Mine are:

- Muppets Christmas Carol

- National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation

- A Christmas Story

- Mr. Krueger's Christmas

- Miracle on 34th Street (old version)

- It's a Wonderful Life

- The Grinch (old version)

- claymation Rudolph

The claymation Rudolph is great, I find the gay jack-in-the-box on the island of misfit toys to be hilarious.

A Charlie Brown Christmas

Elf

Emmet Otters Jugband Christmas

Mr. Kroger's Christmas (Is that the name of the Jimmy Stewart one?)

All of the Homestarrunner Decemberween spectaculars.

Elf, Rudolph (claymation), Nightmare Before Christmas, Miracle on 34th St., Charlie Brown Christmas, whatever else happens to be on.

I'm partial to Ernest Saves Christmas, because it's the first that I can remember in a long line of Christmas specials that use its exact same plot.

I know this one gets a lot of flak because it's on SO MUCH with the 24 hour tv marathons, but "A Christmas Story" is just too good for me to pass up each year.

Other must-sees:



It's a Wonderful Life

Miracle on 34th Street (the old and the newest are both good, you can forget the one made in the 70's)

Ernest Saves Christmas (Yeah, it was definitely the best "Ernest" movie).



My wife likes to just turn on the Hallmark Channel and pretty much watch it all the time. they're running lots of Christmas Movies, and some of them are actually pretty good. The only problem is they tend to overdo the "magical" expectations for Christmas, and reality can almost seem like a let-down.
