Nice article trashing the BCS

Maybe the ball is slowly starting to roll and we could get a playoff system.

When it boils down to it the only say we have in the matter is if we watch. If we watch, the game makes money and it continues. If they lose viewership they change for something better.

I think that we all need to remember that even the people who created and run the BCS are our fellow men and women. We should show our love for them by respecting their creation. This is especially important during the Christmas Season. We may not like the system. But if we publicly express our disliking of it we may offend a kind and tender soul, which could lead to some unsavory eternal consequences. The BCS is what it is and we should embrace it and cherish it even with all of its warts and blemishes, at least during the Holiday Season. Come January the gloves can come off and we can bash the hell out of it.

I hope this was tongue in cheek. It's a good thing elections are held before Christmas season arrives! I also hope the greedy bowls and BCS suits are generous with the gobs of money they earn to bless the less fortunate.

GREAT article but nothing is going to change since college football is about money -- not logic or reason or sportsmanship.
