Jake Heaps Conundrum

While I don't like David Locke I think he makes some good observations in this article. I don't believe that Jake will transfer but that is just an opinion with absolutely no insider info on it. I think that if he is "tainted" as Locke suggests, he can remove that by being the scout team QB and going 100% in practice every day next year. Then come back and play his heart out for BYU as the starting QB his jr and sr years. Max Hall said that going against BYU's defense in 2006 was the best thing that happened to him. Next years D is going to be very good and Jake could really learn by playing against it.

I just realized that this is a double post. In my defense though, I read the article before posting and the other Post suggests by its title that this is another "heaps to utah" article which it is not.
