We the fans and media, in order to eliminate Power Conference bias, create fairness and equality for all universities, colleges, and programs in NCAA football, and to give an even chance for a National Championship to all programs (listed above), do ordain and accept this method as the system in which teams will be placed and ranked for post-season games.





1. Teams will play in their conference. Each conference will have one automatic entrance to the play-offs.



2. Teams will be ranked according to season record. The team in each conference with the most wins/best win % will be the conference champion.



3. 16 teams will enter (one for each conference, and a few at-large teams).



4. What are now current BCS bowls will remain BCS bowls, and will be final games in the playoffs. 2 more "BCS" or Big bowls will be created. Any team who wins in the first round will play in a "BCS" bowl.



5. Money won from play-off games will increase as you win and advance further towards the Championship game.



6. Changes may be implemented, but only as long as it will not disrupt equality of all members and participants.

You will then need conferences of equal numbers and not allow for any out of conference games.

It all makes to much sense so it wont ever happen.

Very true. The most logical answer could be staring them right in the face, 6 inches away, and they miss it like they're blind. Or selectively blind.
