Wearing it tonight in honor of Jordan Pendelton. Maybe he ought to go #1 next year. He will be the best player on the defense.

He really likes #3, but he had 45 last year because Bronco wouldn't let him have it. According to a newspaper article a few months ago, Mendenhall thought Van Noy felt entitled. So, Bronco decided that instead of letting him get it, he had to work for it.

I have enjoyed KVN's play big time. He's so athletic and demonstrates such great play-making reactions in the last second before contact. I like his closing speed. His agility is like that of a smaller guy, really impressive at his size.

I really liked that he left Jordan's name on the jersey

I just hope we get him more than one year before he bolts to the NFL.

my first thought, was wondering what kind of pain Pendleton had to be in to play on Senior day and then thinking he looked a bit thin. and then realizing it wasn't him at all.

nice move, but threw me off!

If KVN had pulled that stunt in the NFL, he'd have been fined. ;)

Don't anyone tell him, but KVN is technically eligible for this year's NFL draft. He's 3 years from his graduating class, which means he could leave now. He won't, but thought I'd throw that out for y'all.

KVN is doing well and has a chance to create a legacy here on defense that my make him the most remembered defensive player - like Penny could have done if healthy. That takes 4 years on the field. You can't do it later. Jimmer showed why it matters.

Even more so than Jimmer, KVN is not going to be a first round pick after his 2nd season and probably not after his 3rd. When he starts a season as a favorite for the Butkus award - then worry about him going early.

Legacy.

Ok, you have opened the can of worms. KVN needs more seasoning. Next year could be a breakout year for him and he will see the field for most of the games.
