TCU vs Wyoming

Can anyone comment? It makes me sick we spotted TCU so many points and had so many mistakes in that game. I think if BYU plays that game in Provo it has a whole different feel to it. oh well.

What makes me sick is TCU had 5 turnovers in their game against Wyoming, 4 fumbles and 1 interception; if they'd done that against BYU, we'd have won by three TDs. Wyoming had no turnovers, which is why the score was as close as it was.

Wyoming could very possibly beat BYU this year. They are much better than they have been in the past. Too bad they won't be able to keep this coach either.

Wyoming had a 5-0 turnover advantage and still managed to lose by double digits. I'd not be afraid of the cowboys. They suck, just like always.

TCU had 283 yards of total offense against Wyoming. They had 617 yards against Wyoming.



TCU PER: 141.95

WYO PER: 137.08



PER is a much better indicator for victory than turnovers.

Ok, there, you're talking about the team who lost to Utah St. 63-19. They are better than the last few years, but not much better, TCU just always has one stinker when they're usually looking past a team to another game. Historically, this game has come vs AFA, but this year it came against the cowboys. This game says very little about Wyoming and everything about TCU.

This. This is not your father's Wyoming team. They are actually pretty good and might well beat us on a neutral field and absolutley would have beaten us earlier this year.

The world is so black and white - isn't it. Everyone and everything is either great or terrible. There is never any middle. Here is Wyoming this year. Go cmpare that to last year.

And yes - BSU will kill them. They may win or lose vs AFA and CSU. They will kill New Mexico. New Mexico is terrible. Wyoming is not great. They just beat who they are supposed to beat and lose to good teams. Keep in mind USU would have beaten us had we not changed QBs. TCU beat us. Nebraska would kill us. Wyoming is us. Pretty good but not great and not likely to beat anyone good.
