Bronco slaps the Pac 12 Bigots

It is great to see someone at BYU finally call out the bigots of the pac 12.

I love how Bronco in his weekly KSL radio show didn't sugar coat it saying the pac 12 didn't want BYU because of religion.

"We have a very unique institution, and it's by design to be very unique. Someone in a conference has to want that culture, with our values--not only all of our sports teams, which are excellent--but they have to want a school that has the values we have."



"The Big 12 has already shown they have some interest in already doing that, with Baylor, and they've just taken TCU--unlike the Pac-12, which made it very clear they did not want a religious-based school."

No matter how the pac 12 wants to hide behind their lame excuses for not including BYU, it's very nice to see Bronco slap them in the face with the real reason we all knew to be the truth.

Is this the first "official" acknowledgement by either BYU or the Pac-12 that this was a factor?



I know we've heard a lot about "cultural fits," but I think this is the first time someone on either side privy to inside information has stepped up and said that religion was the issue.
