Cougs 12 point dogs this Friday.

I'm excited for BYU to have what looks like their last opportunity this year to prove that they are better than people think. Will they seize the moment? Have the coaching staff saved a few schemes for this big game? Is this TCU team more vulnerable than we think? Gotta say that I have no clue about these questions, but a fan can only hope. 8)



I've allways said that college football is like a box of chocolates in that you never know what you are going to get.

You think BYU is better than people think? We're receiving votes in both poles, so apparently people think we're better than you and I and every other "fan" knows deep down.

TCU and Patterson have owned us for 3 years running. They deserve that spread. We just have to go out and show that we are better than thought, and overall yearly stats do not apply.

I don't know how good they reall are? I said that this is their last chance to prove that they are better than people think. And it is. This is the only game left on their schedule that they will not be expected to win.

I really like this TCU game coming where it does in the schedule. There is no reason for BYU not to play well, we have everybody pretty healthy, Nelson has had time to get comfortable in the offense, and for the defense to not be fooled by much anymore. If BYU eliminates the turnovers in this game, I think BYU wins.

Point spreads are for gamblers and that is all. It simply reflects where people are putting thier money and the house trying to encourage more money on the other team so that the house will win no matter what people bet on.



Looking at our results against TCU the last 3 years, it doesn't surprise me that people are putting their money on TCU right now. I think that BYU has a great chance to come out of this with a win. BYU is starting to roll and gain confidence. I think this years defense has a great chance to shut down an offense that is no longer being run by Andy Dalton. I think BYU will win a close one.

If BYU has zero turnovers and less than 40 yards in penalites--we'll win. This is the most even the two teams have been in a number of years.



I like being underdogs. We were to OSU as well.

BYU ran the most vanilla offenses possible the last 3 years vs. TCU. That needs to change or else we'll get owned again.



Riley is the X factor because of his legs--I love having a dual threat QB btw! BYU by 10 in a slugfest.

The funny thing about this game is that it we are expected to lose, but really can't afford to, we've got to win it to make some kind of a statement. This is a must win, or else this will be the wost 9-3 (maybe 8-4 depending on Hawaii) ever...
