Since Idaho St is an FCS school, does a win count towards our six for bowl eligibility

Yes, up to 1 FCS win counts towards bowl eligibility per season.

Yes, a second win does not count.

I think with 2 FCS wins, you still can be bowl eligible, but you have to file a special petition and there's not much of a chance you'll get it. I remember reading about it when ASU went 6-6 with 2 FCS wins last year.
