I'm trying to figure out why we're having a couple of down years with such talented kids. We have had some positive success in recruiting as of late.

Bronco and Co. has been able to show he's capable of bringing this talent in. But does he know how to coach these young young guys???

Bronco knows how to coach "mature" players who have lived two years in Bronco's mindset. But to the non member players and ones who have not gone on a mission, seem to struggle, minus a few like Hoffman, Van Noy, etc...

These type of players don't understand football should be 20th on the list WHEN football has been their life. Number 1 on the list.

Granted... I'm speaking a few years ahead, as we have not seen truly how great we are, since we're so young.

Bronco has had great success with 0-2 star recruits with a chip on their shoulders. These 3-4 stars are new to him. He's learning tons AND Doman is just like him.

Any thoughts?

Most 0-2 star recruits are recruits that were larelgy unevaluated by recruiting services.

Bronco only sign players who attend BYU football camps (exceptions are few and far between). Not every BYU football camp attendee is evaluated by those outside the BYU prgoram.

Bronco has had major issues correctly coaching KVN. I was on here every week last football season pointing this out.

Bad example. I don't know the whole situation with Van Noy. But I mentioned him because of the results he produces on the field.

No really, and that was exactly the point. He just needed to be put on the field and be allowed to play.
