What Bronco sees in Riley

1. Work Ethic and Positive Attitude - Comtinued to work hard despite knowing Jake was the next great phenom apparent. Is patient and is a team guy. Willing to play gunner on unheralded punt coverage team and occasional wildcat run-pass when nothing else working.

2. Works well under pressure - keeps everyone loose and commands respect through his leadership.

3. Quirky kind of guy - walks to beat of different drummer - but is very teachable and very intelligent (wants to be a dentist in next phase of life).

4. Can run for yardage alone or with play action pass, or scramble to find open WR/TE. Very mobile.

5. Has trust of OF and DF.
