Oregon State coming out of their funk?

We don't have the luxury of really taking anyone lightly this season, but the Oregon State game worries me for some reason.

They are losing now. Their RB who replaced Rogers has been out injured. We will see him in 2 weeks.

Maybe because we play there where they have a tendency to play beyond their ability (ie, beating a highly ranked USC team a couple years back)

I live in Oregon and listen to the Beavers radio station. People in Oregon are looking forward to the BYU game because they think we may be their first win of the season. Oregon State has been plagued with injuries, and they have a young team.

Our defense should do well against the inexperience of OSU, but we will need to play inspired football on the offense if we want to win. OSU is a lot like we have been this year. The OSU defense got 2 early turnovers giving them great field position in the 1st quarter and only scored 2 field goals.

I honestly have to think that every team left on our schedule should be looking forward to playing us because we have not yet proven we can play offense for 4 quarters.

I'm hoping that we'll see that next week, but after all we've seen so far this year, the Cougars have to prove it to me that they can play for 4 quarters, even with the change made at QB.

I have to disagree with you here, BYU certainly has played 4 quarters, they just haven't done it in the same game!
