Thoughts on SDSU game (game-thread)

Luckily all the guys who have the flu are starting. The offense is starting pretty strong.

By the way, I'm watching the game on DirecTV and once again it is synced perfectly with KSL.

Looks like maybe the flu symptoms are affecting the team more than I originally thought. They look really flat and confused out there.

Darn. I was hoping this wouldn't be a stressful game. C'mon defense! (Offense is looking okay, but not good enough to carry this game if the D doesn't show up).

Crazy last play by Max. I think he didn't even let the rest of the offense know what he was going to do.

Wow, gutsy fake spike by Max Hall who then runs it into the endzone right at triple zeros. You have to like the fact that Max has some serious gonads.

Bronco sure didn't.

Frustrating play by our defense so far. I was hoping to see some adjustments after the half, and they come out and have two huge plays against us on their opening drive.

I hate complaining about the refs but these guys are really bad.

And the defense holds when it matters! Yes!!

Glad to see Mitch Payne winning a game for us. Now if the D can only play like they did last drive.

Also, glad that we're only seeing/hearing about Logan when he does something good.

Nice job Cougs on the 500th win!

Very glad to see Logan get some nice hits in. He deserves them against the Aztecs.



The whole team seemed slow and weak, I wonder if the flu is spreading through more people than they let on.
