Kenneth Rooks Falls but wins 3000M Steelechase
The world qualifying time is 8:15. Missed it by a second. Take the fall out and he saves 5 seconds.

It came out on Facebook and YouTube. Rooks rocks! My old roommate from a long time ago ran the steeplechase. Cortany Wament won the women's and now Rooks. Henry Marsh was dominant in steeplechase. BYU isn't just Quarterback U they are Steeplechase U as well.
