And what makes you think Bronco is completely satisfied with his current staff?

It is BYU, and Bronco did not get to pick his staff. I guarantee that they will not replace anyone, unless they leave on their own. BYU does not fire coaches. I can think of one assistant ever let go at BYU and it was Schmidt to hire Bronco. Oh wait sorry--he retired....Otherwise, it just does not happen.

Sounds like the two ends of your argument--that Bronco didn't get to pick his staff vs. that's why he wouldn't let anyone go--militate against each other.

That Bronco didn't get to choose certain pieces of his staff is exactly why he would be interested in finding diplomatic ways of replacing them.
