Multiple sources including Vanquish the Foe are reporting that Jay Hill is the new DC.

At his press conference Coach Hill acknowledged Poppinga being in the program, and said they will retain Jernaro Gilford. And that all other positions are up for evaluation to get the best fit.

My read into that is Kevin Clune (LBs) and Preston Hadley (Defensive Ends/Hybrids) may or may not still be there next year.
