This is a tough one. Yes, he was injured, but I believe he'll contribute or would have. I'd so like to know what induced him to move on to understand what's going on, but that won't happen.Fido wrote: ↑Tue Dec 06, 2022 12:55 pm I know some of the analysts and those who know the players are lamenting these losses, but as a fan without personal connections, it is hard to lament too much.
DEFENSE
Logan Fano
0 game appearances. Returned from a mission and enrolled in January 2022 but suffered an ACL injury in spring ball.

Re: Players in the transfer portal
It is sounding like his brother is committing to Utah today--and much of the Utah coaching staff and several players were at the Fano home last night. So my completely uneducated guess is he transfers to Utah to play with his brother.

Why didn't Barrington get on the field much this year? He started quite a bit the previous season didn't he? Did he regress or did we have better options? I really miss Grimes just for his ability to recruit and develop the OL.

I read something that said Kingsley beat him out--but then I also read that he can play anywhere on the line--and that he was battling an injury. But don't know what the actual deal is because he played off the bench in quite a few games.byufan4ever wrote: ↑Tue Dec 06, 2022 1:55 pm Why didn't Barrington get on the field much this year? Since he didn't actually see the field can't blame the bad defense on him and would have liked to have seen him play before he left.BYU’s top rated signee in the 2021 class, the former 4-star recruit tore his ACL in Spring ball after returning home from his mission. He redshirted this last season and has 4 years of eligibility remaining.

Terence Fall picks up an offer from Ed Lamb at Northern Colorado and an offer from Northern Arizona.

Re: Players in the transfer portal
When a team captain bails, when the heir apparent QB bails, when a budding TE bails, when a freshman all American OLineman bails, and all as BYU heads to the Big 12, well, something is rotten in Denmark.
