Senior blankets and blown redshirts

Players with potential eligibility that accepted their blankets:

Austin Holt
Marcus Matthews

Both players that could contribute in the future but likely not start, but open up two scholarships for next year, during a year when we're 1. short on schollies 2. having a great recruiting year 3. Have needs at other positions, such as linebacker

Players who had their redshirts pulled:

Kai Nacua
Billy Green

Both guys may never be starters and pulling the redshirt offers 1 less year that a potential career nonstarter is on scholarship (but still allows Bronco the ability to redshirt them, should they improve) Ideally, Billy Green never starts a game as a Cougar with Taysom with 2 more to go after this and Tanner Mangum and others in the food chain.

Players who could have gotten a blanket and did not:
Michael Alisa - should be back and apparently will be a linebacker and help give us depth
