Big surprise- BYU is showing increased interest in a point guard for next year's recruiting class. And he shares a name with Fredette's older brother:

PG NR T.J. Taylor ** (2) 5-8/150
Offered by: SDSU, Boise State, Santa Clara, San Fransisco, Weber State
(Oakland Senior HS) Oakland, CA

Since I've last checked Roscoe Allen's Scout.com page, he has been labelled as a 3-star recruit, and has been offered by Northwestern, Oregon, SDSU, Stanford, Texas, UCLA, Utah, and Washington. Aside from the other 7 schools that had offered him previously.

Bold = Freshman, italics = SO Underline=JR ( )=SR, Great teams with great continuity.
This year looks great, but I don't see any drop off, sprinkle a big man with these recruits and final four.
Looks like a super athletically deep team, three years of super continuity "2012-2013"
Could have a starting lineup of "Davies(SR), Harrison(SO), Chatman(JR), Corbin, WidnerJR" in 2012
2010-11 (Ferdette, Emry), Hartsock,Abouo,Davies, Rogers , Widner,Collinsworth
2011-12 (Abouo, Hartsock) Rogers, Davies, Widner, Harrison, Corbin,
2012-13 (Rogers, Davis) Widner, Harrison, Corbin,, Haws , Chatman,
2013-14 (Widner) Harrison, Corbin, Haws, Chatman, Parker
2014-15 (Harrison,Corbin,Haws) Chatman, Parker,

"Hauns Brereton is a 6-foot-7, 210-pound small forward from Memphis, Tenn., who played last season for the University of Northern Colorado. Brereton went on an LDS Church mission to Taiwan before playing for the Bears last season. He averaged 2.1 points and 0.9 rebounds per game while getting just 6.8 minutes per game. However, he just transferred to Western Nebraska Community, where former Utahn Russell Beck is the head coach. CSI, SLCC and CEU were also recruiting Brereton. He has also received interest from BYU, Utah and Utah State, and will likely be a target of all three schools next year when he concludes his career at WNCC. "Look for this guy to make some noise this year, he is an extremely skilled wing that can score in a variety of ways. We love his toughness," Beck said."

New recruit from So Cal per Jay Drew

http://www.sltrib.com/sltrib/blogs/byus ... r.html.csp" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
BYU basketball coaches have picked up a commitment from Isaac Neilson, a 6-foot-10 post player from Mission Viejo High in Calif.
A senior, Neilson will sign with the Cougars during November's early signing period. However, he turns 19 in December of 2011 and plans on going on an LDS Church mission prior to enrolling at BYU.
That means Neilson will see the court for BYU for the first time in the fall of 2014, if all goes as planned....
He plays volleyball too, which I think is great for a big man.
