Today players report for camp. Fall practice kicks off tomorrow, Tuesday August 4. No media access to practice (covid-19 rules).

Virtual fan fest on Saturday. https://byucougars.com/story/athletics/ ... l-Fan-Fest

With COVID-19 preventing the annual Cougar Kickoff this year, BYU fans around the world can still celebrate the start of a new sports season digitally during BYU's Virtual Fan Fest on Saturday, August 8.

Starting in the morning and continuing with a wide variety of activities throughout the day, fans can hear from players and coaches, participate in contests, download digital BYU swag and much more through Cougar digital and social media channels.

Here's the complete list of Virtual Fan Fest activities:
  • Virtual Cosmo Trot 5K, 10K and Kids' Run

Sign up here to participate in the Cosmo Trot Virtual 5K, 10K or Kids' Run (signups close Friday, Aug. 7, at 5 p.m. MT). Once you're signed up, download your race bib here and start training and planning your route for race day. Before the race, participants will receive an email with a link to download their digital race bag, a list of flag locations, and a printable participation medal for kids.

BYU flags will be put out along common running paths in Utah County, but anyone in the world can participate at any time during the day. Post your running photos and videos and tag @BYUCougars to be featured on the Cougars' social media platforms.
  • Fan Dance Contest
