Definitely have to whittle down a QB roster to no more than 4 guys.

I thought AK was one of our very best RBs.
I also thought Wilstead transferred because he's not nearly as good as Wilson, and Wilson is only our 3rd stringer.

Re: Kody Wilstead to transfer (confirmed)
I was given some background info on Wilstead's decision over the weekend.
When it came down to the bottom of the depth chart last season, Wilstead wanted his shot. He was persuaded by the staff to save his redshirt and let Critchlow burn his instead, telling him that he had the inside track to the starting spot after Mangum/Hoge. So he did that.
Critchlow went out and did well. The coaching staff was completely overhauled.
Wilstead stayed at BYU through the changes based on his understanding that he had an equal opportunity with Critchlow and the others to find his spot in the depth chart. However, that didn't turn out to be the case in his perception and the staff never gave him more than #5 attention--Hoge/Critchlow were #1 and #2 from the outset.
I can understand a kid wanting a fresh start with that. Take a hit for the team and trust your coaches and let another guy go ahead of you based on that trust, but then the new coaches come in and that arrangement is out the window. A risk you take any time someone else steps on that field in your position, and it didn't pay off the way he expected.
