Harvey's grandparents, Anitelu and Lulama Unga, migrated with their six kids from the island of Vava'u in the Tongan Islands to Hawaii, then Utah three decades ago. Anitelu worked as a landscaper and janitor. Harvey's uncle Fine played in the NFL. Harvey's father was a rugby player. Harvey's cousin LeRoy played at Snow last year. Harvey's younger brother DT Victor plays at Timpview. Harvey's cousin Tony Pulu is playing at ALA in Spanish Fork, along with two other cousins (siblings unrelated to the first). Harvey's cousin Morgan is the second-string QB at Bonneville.
