Re: Recruiting Info

I like that idea.
It's more work for the mods, to use it as a repository that way, but what happens when new info shows up for the same recruits? Do we start a new thread in the football area and then let you worry about consolidating? We also lose information that may have been posted by the fewer people who DO go directly to the reruitingjvquarterback wrote:I just did a little experiment and posted Amone and Wolford in the football forum and Hoyt and Kearsley in the recruiting forum.
In the first 10 minutes after I posted the new recruits in the football forum the were 15-20 views and the first thirty minutes after posting in the recruiting forum there were 3-5 views.
I really like the recruiting forum as an archive for recruiting information but I'd much rather be debating how good Amone and Wolford are and whether they will be better than Ah Ching and Pauu, than trying to tell TH what to do with the ESPN money.
Just my 2cents but I'd leave them in the football forum and archive them in the recruiting forum to improve viewership.
He's so fast he makes the camera go blurry in each clip...Ron wrote:Bryan Engstrom, a new walkon to BYU Football reminds me of John White of the U of U football team. Even though he is only 5' - 9 he is fast, decisive and strong. He can find a hole in the line so fast and accelerate with such speed that defensives cannot handle his athletism. Just watch the following games and see for yourself against the best teams in the state.

He can squat 535 pounds and only weighs 175 pounds. Don't believe it, Watch for yourself.

Could this kid be a Di Luigi with power/leg drive? I assume he had to lose weight to get in the 175 pound class.Ron wrote:Bryan Engstrom, a new walkon to BYU Football reminds me of John White of the U of U football team. The kid has some moves. Is he planning on serving a mission? If not, I don't see him beating out williams and Hine.Ron wrote:Bryan Engstrom, a new walkon to BYU Football reminds me of John White of the U of U football team.
