Max Hall

Discussion for professional sporting events/teams and players.

This would be a great place to discuss the Super Bowl, the NBA Playoffs or whatever else.

I never though beck would be a good nfl qb. too weak mentally. very gifted physically but missing the killer mentality. can't handle pressure unless its packaged the right way. would take perfect storm for him to succeed in the nfl.

max has is mentally but doesn't have hte physical gifts of beck. if you could only put those two together.

What about guys like Jeff George, Heath Shuler? They just couldn't play, huh? Maybe they would have developed. Guys like Matt Schaub and Kurt Warner needed time, they weren't world beaters immediately out of college. Guys like Mark Bulger and Matt Hasselbeck road the bench for a while and learned? Do you think Aaron Rogers would have been successful in San Francisco or did he benefit from a few years of studying in Green Bay?

There is something to player development. Not everyone is ready from the first day. Some are, most aren't.
