Expansion has been Unanimous so far
10 of 10 PAC-10 schools voted positively to add Colorado.
9 of 9 MWC schools voted positively to add Boise State. http://voices.idahostatesman.com/2010/0 ... _west_2011
11 of 11 Big ten schools voted positively to add Nebraska. http://www.cbssports.com/collegefootbal ... t=My+Yahoo
I find this all interesting.
Really, Washington State wants to finish 11th instead of 10th?
Really, Air Force has no problem losing one of its 2 open OOC games every year?
Really, Northwestern voted in a school that will be the worst academically in the new Big Ten?
I guess expansion really is in the air...

Re: Expansion has been Unanimous so far
At the press conference after these meetings. The media asked Craig Thompson why there wasn't an invite to Boise(at that time). He responded that if the Big XII falters, then Kansas, K-State, Mizzou "will need homes too". Which tells me his mindset about all this, and that he's looking into inviting them as well.
If the MWC all voted for Boise to join, going 9 for 9. I don't doubt that Thompson and Co. all voted to add these other schools at this meeting as well.
