New Mexico rose from 15 to 13.
"It's fitting that New Mexico and Brigham Young stand so close in the standings, because a Feb. 27 matchup in Provo, Utah, is shaping up to be a winner-take-all contest in the MWC."

BYU dropped from 13 to 14 (one voted behind UNM).
"The Cougars have a visit to Wyoming and a visit from San Diego State to contend with before hosting New Mexico in a matchup that will likely decide the MWC."

Those BYU cougars are sure good. Just don't expect em to win any games in Vegas. ;)
