And all you Trump haters will have to eat your hyper-criticisms of Trump's commitment to being conservative. The Heritage Foundation says Trump is more conservative than, and achieved more in his 1st year, than Ronald Reagan.
I have always supported Mitt Romney because he was better than the alternative. But he is not a real conservative. He's a squishy Republican and a globalist - per his record in Massachusetts. Hopefully Mitt is not a John McCain clone. Keeping my fingers crossed.

Hilarious. My loyalty to Trump or Romney extends as far as they'll protect our freedoms. Both are marginal at best. But I'm SOOOOOOOOO glad we didn't get Hillary. The stuff Trump has exposed so far in the FBI and DOJ has been worth any pain caused by Trump. And he's done several good things mixed in with the occasional terrible.

Yes he did. That is a plus. Surely though you are not using that to defend Trump as a man of his word? He has broken his marriage vows repeatedly; he has broken his contractual agreements repeatedly; he lies daily about elections, immigration, health care, the budget, his opponents, the media, Russia, Muslims, Mexicans, etc. etc. etc. That corpus of lies means when he says he will attack ISIS you cannot be sure he will. The fact that the military has proceeded to carry out that order is wonderful. But rely on Trump to keep his word? Not a chance.

Trump is a man of his word when it comes to the rule of law and the constitution.

I don't care. So did Joseph Smith. He married other women without telling Emma. So technically Joseph Smith did not cheat, because he was married to them. So?

Trump follows the rule of law, he lowers our taxes, he had eliminated and continues to eliminate all kinds of Obama regulations, and he is enforcing our immigration laws. And like it or not, Trump will build the border wall. I could not care less what it costs. Build the damn wall.

I could not care less what Trump says about Muslims, or illegal Mexicans, or Haitians, etc, etc. What I care about is that Trump cares about taking care of American citizens and our sovereign borders. And he is doing that. You Trump haters will always hate. Nothing is going to change your mind. I could not care less what you and all the other haters on CNN, MCNBC, and the socialist democrats say.

If you could not care less what I have to say, then why post? Odd. For the record, I am not a Trump hater. Calling out the falsehoods or inanities of the man does not make one a hater. It just means that person has issues regarding statements or actions of the man. And also for the record, I have complimented specific actions his Administration has undertaken. noted above, I applauded the Administration's efforts regarding ISIS. But the bottom line is that, in the words of Mitt Romney, "Trump's words are as worthless as a degree from Trump University."

He didn't "accept" it. Read what he said. He thanked Trump. He was gracious. It is a slight difference, but still fairly significant.
I'd rather Romney in government to help act as a check on Trump than out of it. DC could use more honorable men like him. Hopefully he leaves before it corrupts him thoroughly.
