The only ones that know what happened is Bronco, Gustin, and his dad. I read the article and take them at their word. Choose to believe the family or not. From the article, the family seemed sincere about wanting to come to BYU. Bottom line, the kid is an awesome athlete. He's an elite LB. He would have made a huge contribution at BYU. The rumors I heard is that Gustin wanted the BYU hat to be on the table when he chose USC over the local schools.
He wasn't ever coming.
